He patiently provided leather samples so I could find my exact shade of navy blue, and incorporated subtle silver trim and feet, giving us the detail we wanted without tipping into too much bling. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.We also received regular updates throughout the manufacturing process, which made us feel completely reassured. The team even worked tirelessly to ensure delivery before our new street door was installed — service above and beyond what we expected.Delivery day was exceptional. Neil and Jenny were outstanding, so careful and professional. They even removed our street door to manoeuvre the sofa in without causing any damage. Despite Neil injuring himself in the process (and having to buy a new top before heading to the next customer!), they remained positive and committed throughout. That level of dedication says everything about the company.The finished furniture is beautiful, comfortable, and expertly made, exactly the Chesterfield-style look we wanted.
