Such a warm greeting from start to finish.. from the moment we first contacted Warren via email and then the welcome we had on our visit. Warren makes you feel special and the sofas and chairs he had on display were the 'Wow' factor. They weren't just beautiful they were comfy, and extremely high quality, something which is missing in today's standards. Whilst there we were not at all rushed, he explained how they are made, the keatger they used, etc (but I had already watched the informative YouTube video, during my research of Chesterfields).We ordered the Huxley chair and 3 seater sofa. We were given our makers name and were kept informed of progress every week.Since adopting Huxley, they are so comfy that we have been neglecting our chores! I cannot recommend Warren's company (S W James & Co) enough
