Fantastic Customer Service and the the most beautiful hand made furniture I have ever seen. I had been let down by another company who took my order and payment and then failed to deliver the goods. I then contacted Warren at SW James who helped restore my faith in English Furniture makers and was able to deliver my Mini Monty in 6 weeks. The craftsmanship is amazing and my new sofa takes pride of place in my home office. I am so pleased with the service I have just placed an order for a footstool to go with my sofa. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and the delivery team were also so helpful and polite as well.
