We were looking for a chesterfield sofa & we’re very Lucky to find SWJames, we spoke with Warren over the phone & travelled up to Bollington to meet and view all his fabulous sofas in his showroom, situated by the wonderful historic mill settingWarren talked us through all the details of how the sofas were made & materials used, he was fabulous & we decided on the Huxley & footstool, Warren also custom made them so they would fit well for our needs and roomWarren kept us up to date with how the build was going throughout the processOn delivery we had a small problem, which Warren sorted straight away & Neil his colleague travelled to us to look at the problemNo quibbles at all & our beloved sofa returned to the warehouse & was sorted immediately Neil & Jaimie delivered our sofa back to us two days later & we’re absolutely fantastic!!! We are in love with our Huxley, Neil talked me through the best way to care for the leather! He was a starI am thrilled with our purchase & the customer service from Warren & all the team was impeccable!!
