We have had our SW James ‘Mini Monty’ for a week now and we are very impressed with it. It’s beautiful, comfortable, sturdy and just fits our living room perfectly.The entire process of dealing with Warren and the team has been seamless: from requesting swatches, having some specific requirements discussed, ordering the sofa (‘a big day’) and then taking delivery of it! They have exceeded our expectations every time with their willingness to help and deliver. Although I had never heard of SWJames before, I was encouraged to take the risk and order from them based on a feature in the Tatler magazine and once I had spoken to Warren I was very happy to proceed with this significant purchase.
