We drove 300 miles to visit their showroom, where we were warmly welcomed by Warren and given plenty of time to look at furniture and to discuss our requirements. Luckily it was worth the drive! We were given lots of useful and impressive information about the company and everything was explained to us. Each sofa and chair is made by hand and customers are kept informed along the way. Unlike so many companies, S W James has the personal touch and goes the extra mile for its customers. We are very pleased with our Huxley sofa and matching stool but even more delighted with our bespoke “Corinne” chesterfield, made to our design. Highly recommended.
