Everything from my initial enquiry to the delivery of our new sofa was amazing. I was able to discuss what I needed, and supported through the ordering process. I was kept up to date throughout the manufacture of the sofa. From the sourcing of the leather, building of the frame etc. The communication and service was superb. It was clear to me how important this was to the team at S.W.James. We were looking to replace a sofa that had been in the family for 40 years. We decided on the Huxley to be the new sofa, and I have every confidence that it will be in my family for the next 40 years. The quality and build is superb. It is as comfortable as they say.
