Everything was perfect. Private appointment, time spent with us to explain everything. Purchased 2 sofas, 2 chairs and a large footstool. We visited the shop the week before Easter and were told it would be 12 weeks for our order to be made up. It was actually 10 weeks and everything was shipped to us in Jersey. Excellently wrapped. It all now takes pride of place in our lounge. The workmanship and the service from S.W.James is first class from the time you step into the door of the showroom. Warren even connects you all the way through the manufacture keeping you up to date and also once the goods are received to see how you are getting on. It was lovely ro have such service which is very rare these days. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Best of all the chairs and sofas are really really comfortable. Love them all.
