After shopping around at the usual sofa outlets and leaving disappointed by the quality available we came across SWJames online and liked what we saw. After contacting them for samples we were impressed by the response we recieved. We took the 2 hour journey to visit the showroom, we were greeted by Warren and a much needed coffee and after looking around the showroom we were amazed at the quality of the hand made sofas. We ordered 2 sofas and a footstool on the day. The communication with Warren was first class from start to finish and they arrived earlier then expect much to our excitement. We are more then overjoyed with our beautiful sofas. Thank you Warren for all your help.
