Buying a sofa from SW James has been a wonderful experience. Not being able to visit the showroom, I was apprehensive buying online - would it be comfy, look nice in real life etc. However, I wasn’t disappointed. The Huxley sofa is very comfortable, as promised. The vintage grey leather is beautiful and the sofa looks traditional, but with a modern twist. I am delighted with it.From placing the order, they have also been great at sending regular updates of how the sofa was progressing. The delivery company have been excellent too.Lovely sofa and a company with customer service as it should be. Thank- you!! Eva
