Although I wasn't able to visit the shop in person ahead of my order, Warren and the team were as helpful as they could be with my various queries including e.g. leather specifications. The sofa arrived on-time and the team were flexible about delivery timing and location. Finally, quality is excellent and no damage at all in the delivery.
