Superb experience from beginning to end. We wanted a characterful Chesterfield but also a sofa bed, and that’s how we came across SW James. As soon as I received the samples and talked to Warren, I knew this was the one. The leather and details are more stunning than I could’ve imagined and I love the little quirks that show it’s handmade and make it unique.The folks at SW James are so passionate about character and durability, they only sell furniture that is handmade in their factory near Manchester, using the finest materials and traditional techniques that are sadly dying out. Ours was made by Clive, who has been building Chesterfields for 40 years (!) Clive’s masterpiece will hopefully seat our growing family for years and years and become a bit of a heirloom. Warren kept in touch throughout the manufacturing process with exciting updates along the way too. Definitely worth the investment for the quality and customer experience.
