Just a quick update on my previous review.We bought 2 Huxley sofas back in June 2021. Unfortunately we had a bit of a problem with the underside of one of the cushions.I sent Warren an email about it and he arranged to have the cover repaired, gratis.Just got it back today, about 2 weeks after we discovered the problem.Amazing follow up service from S.W James - you just can’t find companies with this level of customer service any more.If you are in the market for a new sofa, I can’t recommend S.W.James highly enough!
