We had looked long and hard for a sofa as we didn't want the high street tat and wished to avoid fake and over priced antique and vintage items of which there are many! By chance we landed on the webpages of SW James and their products piqued our interest enough to pay them a visit so that we could see and feel the product and determine if the furniture was for us. We were not disappointed with what we saw and recognised Warren to be honest and knowledgable about his products and in particular the grade of leathers they use and yes you can tell the difference between his and the high street!We were not concerned with the lead time for our order which for us was around 6 weeks. Delivery is from an unrelated but long standing firm called Edmondson's who were superb I might add, they actually called me to arrange delivery! On site they took there time and were careful in handling the furniture into our home for which I was grateful for. Well it's about 4 weeks since we've had our Birdie sofa, snuggler and footstool and to date we are more than happy with not just the design and look but also the practicality and comfort.We cannot thank Warren and Clive enough for the excellent customer service and build quality for our "birdie" sofa, snuggled and footstool and do not hesitate to recommend SW James!
