James, in all honesty this Company couldn't do enough to Please me! my experience with the Company was very good from the start, the service was prompt and delivery was within the 6 weeks as promised. Though all this matters, it was when delivery was made I was so pleased with the Quality, I got to see what I was paying for, (well worth the wait), it didn't disappoint at all, the leather quality and colour was exactly as I wanted, so comfortable, right down to the finer points (the casters) the Quality excellent, wide, robust and chunky casters that look built to last, with them being so wide lass chance of them digging into my Quality Wood finished flooring.A truly luxury feel.Excellent!!!Thank You!
