The service was great from the start talking through all the details, sizes, leather grade etc. I received regular updates ensuring me my sofas were on schedule for completion and delivery in timescale agreed.On completion again I discussed delivery options with courier service and my sofas arrived on time and in perfect condition.These are British made by true craftsman and the whole experience has been great so a big thank you to SW James and team.
