We had a great experience from SW James from the first moment we went to the showroom right up until the footstool was delivered. Warren was great and so knowledgeable and he never made us feel like we were overstaying our welcome. He went through every product in every detail possible and never put any pressure on us to do a sale there and then. We ended up ordering our footstool online a few weeks later and were kept up to date with weekly emails as to how they were getting on. Once it was ready for delivery we agreed a time and they personally dropped it off bang on time. Highly recommend and we will definitely be going back in the future. Thanks again.
