This persuaded us to take a leap of faith without visiting the showroom. Warren guided us through the whole process from our first phone conversation to delivery. He was always available, offering friendly, expert advice at each stage. He provided a flawless concierge service from start to finish. Regular updates kept us in the loop during the build. We even got an introduction to the craftsman building our furniture, which was a lovely touch.We ordered a Huxley Snuggler and bespoke three seater. The quality is outstanding. The furniture lifts the look and feel of our living room. These are our first Chesterfields and we could not be happier.
