As others have mentioned, I received no communication from this company. I had previously ordered a sword without any issues and was impressed by the quality. This time, I ordered two for display, but only one arrived, which was shipped from a different location. The quality wasn't as high as my original order, and I haven't heard anything about the second sword. I will be reaching out to my credit card company to request a refund.
