However, after 48 hours I used the webchat through the website and someone confirmed to me there that my order was being processed and would be dispatched the following week. I received a dispatch code a week after ordering (with a link to the wrong delivery company, so again seemed concerning), but 2 days later my order arrived and was as I expected!So this company's procedures have some red flags but in the end it is legit!
