What a bunch of con artists!I received a damaged Gimli axe to give to my son for his birthday. It was damaged. Photos sent as required, offered very small discount but a perfect axe is needed. Promised to send a replacement but I received nothing.Over a month of unanswered messages so I left a bad review here. Suddenly they listen and say their usual high standards have not been met so they will refund, as long as I remove my review! Blackmail. A copy of their WhatsApp follows:"We hope you're doing well.To proceed with your refund request, we kindly ask you to first remove your review. Once the review is removed, please share your card or bank details with us. Kindly ensure that the name on the account matches the billing address used during the order.As soon as we receive this information, we will process your refund promptly.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding."4 days later, after removing my review, the refund was received minus postage but a damaged axe was sent so the postage should be down to them. They aldobasked me return the damaged axe, i asked fir return postage. Still not received this so ive still got the axe.Well, 2 star review, removed to get my refund, 1 star review put back up as the service is shocking.
