Had a nightmare ordering a sword and shield from this company, which I never received and had to claim a refund for (which I believe I almost didn't get). The webpage states if you're in the UK you can expect to receive the item within 3 - 5 days, and the product page still says this.First time I had to contact them was after two weeks of no item and no communication. Was told I didn't read the website and there's a banner saying to expect delays (I could not find this).Waited a few more weeks, no communication, no dispatch email. Contacted again - was told item was to be shipped from Pakistan and will take a while longer. This was nearing the 2 month point and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.After a few more exchanges and more delays with promises of them sending me an email with tracking information, I finally got a tracking number by using the web chat again.Watched the tracking for a couple of weeks and it still said DHL were waiting for the item from SwordsKingdom. This was nearing the 3 month cutoff point that banks have to retrieve your funds if you have a dispute, so I was getting anxious. Contacted chat a couple more times and eventually, after threatening to retrieve the funds via my bank, I received my refund. Overall, a really unpleasant experience. I kept all the chat logs for reference, and it just looks like they tried to fob me off until the three month period, after which I suspect I wouldn't hear a word from them again.Extremely frustrating to contact customer service as the only option is either email or an online webchat. If you contact via webchat, expect to be at your computer for 45 minutes as responses are slow. I am also under the impression they blocked my browser from accessing the web chat - I had to access it via an incognito browser in order for the chat to appear. This happened on both my PC and Mobile browsers.Final note - It says free shipping, but you will have to pay customs duty on your order. This is stated in the FAQ's on the website, but you have to dig to find it.
