These guys are really hit and miss. I placed 3 orders, 1 was delivered 2 were not. Their webchat no longer works on the UK site, and never seems to be responded to on the USA site. Their email form just goes into a black hole - none of the emails I have sent have received a response. My single biggest piece of advice is PAY BY CREDIT CARD!!!! The claim refund process was incredibly simple.It is a real shame because the quality and price of the products offered is really first rate. I get the sense it is a man in a shed who is fronting the company - if you can sort your order process/customer service you will be on to a winner mate!
