Update from my last review, Only because sword kingdom are trying to have my review removed like many other of the bad reviews on here, that have received emails asking for myself to remove my review and email from trust pilot giving 2 days for a update or review will be removed.Bad reviews should not be removed they reflect a true and accurate account of customer experience shopping with them. Everything I have written to date is true and has been a horrible experience shopping with them, something I don’t recommend and I personally would not do again. Sword kingdom is needing to review and make changes to their buying and shipping methods. As a customer I have every right to know where my purchase is and where and when my purchase will be shipped and transparency of where my purchase is being shipped from, I also have a right to receive good customer service , the one they claim to give on there website but don’t! My purchase did finally arrive, just as well I was at home because I had the whole of 20 minutes from receiving a text from dpd to delivery. Parcel arrived in a cardboard box , taped up so badly and tightly that I had no option but to burst open the cardboard box to check my delivery was intact and correct ( not great when it was for a present ) there is no presentation box to gift it in, so I had to go buy one. Quality of my product is not great for the price paid it’s cheap looking and is not a accurate description of what was advertised on the website and since my experience with sword kingdom from start to finish has been a stressful and time consuming one I will cut my losses and not even bother to send it back, especially when I read the other customer reviews and experiences of returned items and the hassle they have had. Sword Kingdom’s website needs to be clear and transparent something which it is not! Shipping details also need to be clear and absolutely tracking should be provided and within a reasonable time frame. Sword kingdom where keen to jump on my review and all of a sudden seem to know my delivery was to arrive that day, but where unable to give that information to myself right up to the day of delivery as they said it’s not there problem when it arrives and can not provide that information before cutting off the live chat and blocking myself from responding and asking any more questions. tracking number took me to a unknown website and not DPD. It is therefore of my option that The production of this company absolutely still needs looking into. The amount of bad reviews reflect a true customer experience and god knows how many more they have had removed instead of making positive and productive changes to the way they run there business. Had as much time and effort been spent improving the service they offer as they have spent trying to remove negative reviews than maybe customers would not feel the need to complain about the service they have received. I still do not recommend anyone shop here. Do not give them your hard earned cash run and spend it at a reputable and trustworthy seller that actually ship from the UK with better quality products, good customer service and can provide tracking details without fobbing customers off by giving continuous false and inaccurate information. How dare you sword kingdom take peoples money and then provide such a terrible service to your customers and have the cheek to ask for negative reviews to be removed. DO BETTER! FURTHER UPDATE Sword Kingdom I have now received multiple emails asking for the same details multiple times, the reason sword kingdom has done this is they are Continuing to try and have my review removed this has been going on for nearly two weeks and is harassment, another reason why I do not recommend anyone shop with them. SWORD KINGDOM I purchased from you’s, I had to endure a terrible experience while waiting for delivery and having to talk with your customer service , once delivered I was not happy with my purchase and YES have left a review of my experience. STOP trying to have my review removed and Stop harassing me multiple times a week to respond to why I left a review and threatening that if I don’t respond my review will be removed. I have submitted this information multiple times now and again it is a shame you didn’t spend as much time responding to the emails and messages of where my order was after being placed and taking my money.
