I ordered three swords which were to be delivered before christmas 2021.Due to production issues they were delayed, not a huge problem for me, but when they finally arrived months later one was very unbalanced.When contacting Swordskingdom asking for a replacement they seemed helpful. I provided photos, and they asked for video which I also provided. They apologised and promised a replacement. After waiting several months, and reaching out numerous times I was finally promised a refund. At this point I have waited over 9 months since placing my order.They have promised a refund to my card twice now, but I have still not received it. I have reached out again without a reply.Maybe you will finally refund me Swords Kingdom?I am terribly disappointed as i thought I had found a good shop to recommend to other dancers..
