A replacement Item has been shipped. (with no tracking number)2. That I needed to contact FedEx to start a claim. (This is generally the responsibility of the seller in most cases, and no documenation states otherwise from their site)3. The Item is currently being held at customs and they will only release it once I provide a claim number from Fedex to them (This is Bullcrap because if it's held in customs then it would have a tracking number. Why wouldn't the website be willing to release that to me as proof?)Avoid these individuals or you'll be stuck going through the ChargeBack process with your bank.
