I got scammed. Nothing was sent. AVOID!!

Ordered a sword on November 10th. Says on website items will be despatched within 24-48 hours. November 20th (10 days later!) I messaged them to ask what was happening. They promised it would be despatched and a tracking number provided within 3 days. It's now November 26th. 16 days after i ordered! Had no further contact, no tracking number. No email. Pretty sure I have been scammed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sword was perfect

Sword was perfect . As described . Scabbard was damaged but the company offered a price reduction or replacement . I opted for a replacement which had just arrived . The company replied quickly to my messages very polite & helpful. U have used them previously & would certainly deal with them again
