Ordered an anniversary cookie for our first wedding anniversary. It arrived damaged and completely ruined the occasion.

Despite this, Millie’s Cookies refused a full refund and would only offer a replacement or 50% off, even though damaged goods should be fully refunded.

For a £26 cookie and a large company, this is unacceptable. Hiding behind policy instead of following basic consumer rights is extremely disappointing. I am now having to go to the effort of going to Trading Standards.

Avoid ordering from here.

Disappointed with the Recent Experience

We have frequently visited a local cookie shop and enjoyed a variety of cookies. However, our visit today was disappointing as the selection was very limited, and the cookies we tried were flat and not very tasty, to be honest. After this experience, we won't be returning.

The holiday season was truly saved by these cookies! They arrived early on Christmas Eve, which was a fantastic surprise. The box of 50 cookies came fresh, warm, and beautifully packaged. Each cookie was soft, tasty, and enjoyed by all. The service and timing were impeccable; I couldn't find any faults. I will certainly be placing another order soon! 🍪🎄

Delivery Timing Issues

The cookies were decent, but I paid extra for a specific delivery date. They ended up arriving three days early, which made them unsuitable as a gift since they were stale by the time of the event.

Exceptional Service and Delicious Cookies

My sister and I placed two different click and collect orders for the same day from a local store. One was scheduled for 12-1pm and the other for 3-4pm. I reached out to the store, and they exceeded our expectations by having both orders prepared for us to pick up at 1pm. The personalized cookies were fantastic and delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

I still haven't received my order. I placed it well in advance for delivery on the 12th of December, in time for a birthday the following day, but it didn't arrive. The delivery service's website shows it's at the depot ready for delivery but hasn't been dispatched.

Visually appealing cookie, but thin

The cookie looked great and was ready for pickup ahead of schedule. It tasted good too. However, the base cookie (which was a double layer) was quite thin, causing it to crumble when sliced. Additionally, the two layers were uneven in thickness.

Items missing from click & collect

I ordered two tins of Christmas cookies with eight in each for click & collect. However, they weren't ready when I arrived, despite seeing other collections waiting. I was asked which cookies I wanted, even though I had ordered a tin with four Christmas trees and four gingerbread men for each. Upon checking later, I found only six cookies in each tin—two Christmas trees, two gingerbread men, and two tiny cupcake cookies that I hadn’t selected. It seemed they were low on stock for my order and just included what they had instead of what I ordered two weeks ago. This was disappointing as these were gifts and the quantity was insufficient for the intended recipients.
