*****In response to the troubling comments below. Calling a client difficult or making false claims about who is closing who's account is only more of the same pattern of concerning business practice by this company and likely stems from the top down. I was more than patient and clear about my concern over the mismanagement of my property. I tried to resolve the matter and find some compensation for my trouble, which I never received. In the end I had to make a second 2 day trip to pick up my property and close my account. Not only was my account not canceled right away, I received a bill for withdrawing and closing my account and had to send several emails to clarify how I was overcharged before it was closed. Also, SWP doesn't own any vaults outside of Cayman Islands and only leases space in other vaults around the US. ***** I'd be cautious storing or buying metals with this company. My experience has been very negative. Mismanagement of my holdings, account statements that differ from what I actually delivered and still trying to understand what happened, with little help or transparency. Made the trek to perform my own in-person audit which did not go well and showed massive discrepancies. I received nothing but denials and excuses from Mark Yaxley and his team. I was out 2 days of vacation time and expenses with no willingness to compensate me for my time or stay to perform the audit. Actually not completely true, Mark was willing to not charge me the $75 for performing the self audit... Among the more patronizing people I've ever spoken with. Good luck!
