All we can say is WOW! We bought a new sofa about two years ago; there was nothing wrong with it, but our daughter, now a full-time wheelchair user, needed more space to move around. The service was fantastic, with excellent communication throughout, and our sofa looks fantastic. They fulfilled all our requests, making it seem like the arm of the sofa was never there.
