We hired a waitress to help us with a big birthday party for my in-laws. She was a great help, very friendly and obliging, and used her initiative to anticipate what needed to be done - serving drinks, setting the table and cleaning up. We had a large table of elderly guests and it was great to have her to help us serve them, as their mobility is limited.
