My spouse and I bought a used 2023 Sylvan GO camper trailer through a personal sale. We decided we wanted a couple of upgrades, so went directly to the site to purchase what we wanted (and not small change mind you). We placed the order on June 6th and were told it would ship in approximately 2-3 days from the time of the order. Here we are on June 23rd - 14 days later and not one email indicating the status or any kind of update. We have called and emailed repeatedly for assistance on getting an update. No matter what department we attempt to call it goes it goes to voicemail and after making repeated calls to get a live person to address the issue - wouldn't you know it that the mailbox is full and does not accept any new messages.Let me be clear the GO camper is incredible and as a product we love it and can't wait to go on our first trip in July. The one star has to do with less than poor customer service. Customer service is a make-or-break kind of a thing and a company's reputation is just crap if they do not have stellar customer support to back up their products. So, Sylvan - if you are reading this. Great product - horrible support and customer service. You all need to seriously evaluate what you are doing wrong.To potential or existing customers...if you absolutely do not care about when you get your order or if you don't care that you can't get anyone to respond to you on the status of your order, then you are good to go. If however, you do care...be very cautious before placing any order with Sylvan Sport.
