I subscribed to Symbolikon, but their website does not provide any clear option to unsubscribe, which feels misleading. This is very concerning, as I believe customers should always have an easy and transparent way to cancel.I have already contacted their support team requesting the immediate cancellation of my subscription, but I am still waiting for a reply. Until I receive confirmation, I remain charged against my will.I hope Symbolikon resolves this issue quickly and improves their system so that other customers do not face the same problem.
