The process was quick and I didn't even have to talk to a doctor! It was a good price too! There was a field on the form that asked for "MM/DD/YYYY", which I took to mean today's date. Turns out, they wanted my DOB there. Once the script got to the pharmacy, they wouldn't fill it because my DOB was showing up as today's date. I contacted customer service by phone and email. They called back within about an hour and had the situation resolved in about 3 hours. I would suggest they update that field to ask for "DOB" instead of "MM/DD/YYYY". Although this little issue happened, I was still very happy with the ease of the process and the price and the way they made it right. THANK YOU!!
