What an appalling company

What an appalling company. I've been with them 2 years and have been having issues what have been getting progressively worse. Support were hopeless, it's like talking to a chat bot, just very basic, scripted responsesEnough was enough and I gave them notice that I wasn't renewing my contract. There was suddenly a flurry of activity the ticket was escalated and I was asked if I would stay if they could fix the issues. "Yes, no problem, Its a lot of hassle to move systems." and then absolutely nothing happened and they closed the ticket without any notification. When I responded to the ticket a week ago to see what was happening it took days to get a response and has gone back to 1st line support where I'm getting the same basic, scripted unhelpful responses. When I told the technician the fully story I was told the offices are closed for the next two days and they closed my ticked (AGAIN). I liked Syncro, if it worked as it should without all the bugs and the support was even half decent, I wouldn't care. But they honestly do not care about their customers.
