For the most part, syncro works really well. Pricing and features are great.My business needs have changed and no longer require the use of a full blown PSA and RMM. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional and stubborn behaviour over try to cancel a monthly committed subscription.My account manager has refused to cancel my plan because I won't setup a meeting to talk to them, which he mentioned is an "internal policy" to syncro. Nothing on their terms of service specifically say I cannot cancel until I speak someone, this is childish.I didn't want to write this review but they've left me no choice.
