Support responded (with an actual live human lifeform!), was very helpful, and patient. We went back and forth a bit, trying to explain exactly what was going on with this particular situation. Eventually, they offered another set of preset sound files to work with, which were great (using them at this very moment).It should be noted that these preset files, combined with the synths they are loaded into, can sometimes be rather complex, with multiple settings and layers of content which have to be recognized and synced together in the targeted synth engine. They've been more than fair trying to get this sorted out, big plus for support help.5 stars
