I had an issue with a pack that caused the Modx error that it contained an invalid file. I contacted Synthcloud and they responded very quickly and resolved my issue by providing a new download via Dropbox. The first try also had the invalid file issue. Lucy quickly provided another file and my issue was resolved. Very prompt and great customer service.
