I recently purchased some sound libraries from them for my Korg Kronos X keyboard. To be honest, these sounds were designed for the model that came after mine, so they weren’t immediately usable. I have to say that the store immediately took action to make the product fully compatible with my instrument. Everything was converted so that I could start using these sounds right away.
