Only after that did I receive my package, which included a small gift for the delay—some merchandise, a glass beaker, stir rods, and syringes, which is decent. The official reason was supply chain issues. Customer communication needs significant improvement. I’m just relieved to finally have what I paid for. Still waiting for a response to my email from a week ago and no sign of delivery. I wonder why many recent one-star reviews have turned to five stars after receiving their items, while I still have not. Another update: my package has not shipped as promised today, and I will take further action if it doesn't arrive. Update: The seller has now responded to my email and said the package will ship in two days. I will provide further updates and remove criticism once it is sent and arrives. The seller has not replied to any emails, and my order hasn't shipped after waiting over two weeks, with the status stuck at 'złożone' (translated as 'complex'). I hope they are just on vacation and haven't updated their website. I may seek a refund via PayPal if they don't respond to my last email and will refrain from ordering again if nothing changes. I will adjust my review if the situation improves.
