Failed to show TWO times.Kaz agreed to 6:30pm to repair equipment for me, only for me to call at 6:30pm and ask for his eta and he said he won’t arrive until 8pm because he’s still in Central London and has to charge his car.He then agreed to 11am the next day and I called 10:35am to confirm his ETA and he said ‘I can’t make it as I have a flight’So unprofessional, please do not book or your time will be wasted.
