Poor and rude customer service. The communication skills of Syntricate are terrible and if something goes wrong with a faulty product they state the customer damaged it. Require the customer to pay to return faulty item. These guys also sell on Catch (which im sure is the only reason i got a refund). Avoid, the few dollars you might save from Syntricate is not worth the trouble and rudeness of there customer service team.
