Brilliant service all around from Artem, he really does know his stuff, having trained with Artem during lockdown 2020 and lost well over 18kilo, being cautious of the way I looked and felt, Artem didn’t judge me was really knowledgeable and gave me that drive and encouragement to push past each target he set! Artem goes above and beyond for all his clients, he is knowledgeable, punctual, proper nice geezer all around, This time around I’m working towards being physically fit and to lose the belly all over again😂 and keep it off this time, Artem’s sessions are really fun but extremely efficient he certainly puts his knowledge to use Don’t look anywhere else if your planning on having a PT/ coach you won’t regret it
