Well, its "available" 24x7. But the offshoring of it made it completely worthless. I spent an hour with 2 different people who could not answer the simplest of English questions. In fact, they couldn't even understand the question of ....if....USA domestic support was available during the workweek.I've worked helpdesk, many times. I know what's going on. they offshore it to cut costs, then stair at metrics in a spreadsheet to measure success. It's so fxxking frustrating. yes, I even called. Only to get an Indian English speaking female accent as a recording. Putting me on hold for about 90 seconds, before telling me, again through a recording, that telephone support was not availalbe. but no communication as to when it will be available.
