Why is it that you can reply to a review but not my emails (10+) and everytime I call you which is at least three times a day, it's saying the same thing... that you're not offering a telephone service due to staff shortage. BUT YOU CAN REPLY TO MY REVIEW??. So seen as this is the only way you're getting back to me, we'll have a conversation through trust pilot. So...
