T-Mobile Money is failing to fulfill its promise to use T-Life app on August 27, 2025. This is a gross negligence on the part of the Management of T-Mobile as whole. Imagine, all my scheduled bill pays and fund transfers in the T-Mobile Money app have disappeared and I have to reinstate in the new T-Life app today August 27, 2025 as instructed by customer service yesterday. Only to find out today that there is no banking feature anywhere in the new app. I have been contacting T-Mobile Money support via the phone number provided on the new debit card only to hear an automated response to wait for 10mins but I even waited more than that beyond 4hrs now and noone answers the phone. It's a total disaster!!! I am now totally moving out of T-Mobile Money....
