T-Mobile Money was great at first! But they've continued to cut benefits, send customers to a mobile only format, and decreasing and changing their plans. The one thing that you CAN'T do online is cancel your account, and when I called today (the 27th of the month) they said if I cancel, I won't get paid any of the interest I've earned on the account this month. Terrible customer experience from a company only focused on what's best for the company instead of their customer.
