We were informed when booking that the technicians would call before they arrived, but that did not happen, and two plumbers unexpectedly showed up at our door. They provided an estimate of over a thousand dollars. Having some experience with similar work in the past, I knew this was a relatively minor job that could have been managed by one person. While the repairs were executed well, the estimate and customer service left much to be desired.
