An appalling experience. Be wary! I was charged £6091 for preparing a quote. Part of the cost was for the preparation of a report on the fire strategy measures to be implemented. I never received the fire strategy reports despite repeated requests. Constant phoning texting and emailing was futile. It took them mont3 months to get round to a site visit.The quote finally came 4 months later. No Fire strategy reports, no justifications for having paid £6000+ in advance. The quote was neither itemised nor costed. On questioning this; I was brushed off and told it was not worth their while to prepare a full quote as it was too expensive for me anyway!When I expressed dissatisfaction and asked for my money back they refused.They then withdrew the quote. I had paid for two phases of work. Neither were completed. Despite repeated requests and mediation, they still refused to refund my money.I finally had to take them to small claims court. this case has dragged on for 11 months. A professional and honest company, would at the very least, have taken the time to discuss with a client and make all attempts to mediate a solution before it came to having to take them to court.I would strongly advise anyone to stay clear of this company.
