At first my shopping experience was pleasant. The site has a lot of variety at great prices. However, after I made a large order of items I was only dissatisfied with a couple bulk items and wanted to change them for something else. After reviewing their return process I am completely dissatisfied with this site. The return options are so ridiculous it forces you to keep your items. The amount of the items I wanted to return was about $130 and I would’ve had to pay about $95 to return them. I would not use this site again.
